In class we will discuss the best Additional Fields to add to searches such as List/Sell Agent or List/Sell Office, and HOA Subject To. You will leave with an understanding And/Or/Not so the client will be send only the listings they are interested in. We will cover how use the * wildcard in specific fields. And will perfect using shape tools while searching, how to use Include Intersection Only when shapes overlap and as well as how to Exclude a shape from the search.
